Charting the fortunes of a football club right from scratch is a challenging and fulfilling task. I had earlier enjoyed a fruitful coaching stint in Mumbai, and hence gladly accepted the current offer came, which came with a difference. The earlier club had already built a reputation, while it is my responsibility to guide Mumbai FC's path to glory and help them establish a reputation, not only in Mumbai but the country and then the footballing world.
